Our Services
Below are the services that we offer, note that services can be customized to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Construction Arborist Reports
Arborist reports are required for construction projects to proceed in numerous jurisdictions throughout the Bay Area. These reports can include but are not limited to: inventory of onsite trees, construction impact analysis, design and mitigation recommendations, tree protection measures, and tree valuations.
Construction Monitoring
Construction monitoring services can ensure that projects are in compliance with tree protection measures in order to minimize damage to trees throughout the construction process. Services include: Pre-construction meetings, inspection of tree protective fencing, guidance during root pruning activities, and plant material inspections.
Tree Inventory & Management Plans
When managing a site with numerous trees, an inventory can provide a base of information to make the best management decisions both for trees and the people around them. Services include: assessment of tree condition and needs, prioritization of management actions, long-term tree management guidance, and assessment of environmental factors impacting trees.
Tree Risk Assessments
As a Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ) arborist, Leo can provide a risk assessment report that assigns a level of risk to a tree based on both the condition of the tree and the site. Equally important, these reports can provide management options to help tree owners make informed decisions regarding their trees.
General Health Assessment Reports
General health assessment reports can inform tree owners on the overall condition of their tree and management options that can be implemented to improve it’s condition. These reports are necessary for tree removal permits in a number of Bay Area jurisdictions. Soil and foliar testing can also be included in these reports in order provide more specific recommendations.
Tree Appraisals
Tree appraisal uses the Guide for Plant Appraisal to assign a specific dollar value to one or multiple trees based on a number of tree and site factors. This appraisal value can be used for a variety of purposes including mitigation calculations, damage valuations, and litigation.
